Project Overview
Buffalo Wild Wings is an American casual dining restaurant and sports bar. It is an app/website with everything one needs from Buffalo Wild Wings such as ordering, rewards, and free-to-play sports gaming.
Design Process
I used a 5-stage Design Thinking model proposed by the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford (the "d. school"). The stages of this Design Thinking process are as follows:
1. Empathise, 2. Define, 3. Ideate, 4. Prototype, 5. Test.
My Role
As a team, we performed user research and competitive analysis, and created user flow, wireframes and prototype in a 6-week sprint. I created the new and right UI for the app rather than retrofitting existing components

Responsibilities
- Gathered and evaluated client requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, site maps, and prototypes.
- Build user experiences and interfaces using Figma to create business solutions
- Testing mobile UI once a feature is completed by a developer (both iOS and Android) to make sure it passes the UI requirements.
